This home was purchased in 2022. We loved the charm of the house, built in 1925, and its still beautiful woodwork, and built-ins. Renovations quickly started after the purchase.
Outside, the home received a new roof, new windows/doors, front porch, back deck, and a blue paint job!
Inside, the kitchen was completely renovated with custom shaker cabinets, granite counter tops and new stainless appliances. The bathroom was fully renovated with beautiful new floor, and tiled shower. You will find all new LVP, carpet and tile flooring throughout. The Blue Bungalow was then filled with new and old furniture pieces to give you the beautiful home you see before you today.
